We are highly selective when it comes to this team. We are not looking for a traditional “sales person.” We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated and have a deep desire to excel personally and professionally. To work at IVM, you must be comfortable in any situation and proficient in all forms of communication. You must be able to pivot from making fifty phone calls just to chase down a lead to managing and cultivating firms relationships to commanding attention in a room with C-Suite leaders at firms like Intel, Facebook, HP or Wesco (all existing IVM clients).

The support IVM gives to members of this team is unsurpassed. We believe in setting our sales team members up for success by investing in them and their efforts. We offer comprehensive training and a great working environment, including benefits like a corporate credit and lounging cards, as well as expense and mileage reimbursement. Flexible work schedules and work-from-home opportunities are also provided. Our inbound sales leads come from around the globe and are shared by all team members. We provide an at-market base salary and a unique benefits package, but more importantly we offer an uncapped commission structure.
